For 22 years, Richard Cordero has helped individuals achieve measurable results in their health, fitness and body composition with his well-structured fitness and wellness systems. All plans are designed without compromising your personal health. Richard Cordero is a certified personal trainer with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology from UCLA. He is affiliated with the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), and ACE (American Council on Exercise) as a proficient personal trainer.

Richard’s philosophy is premised on the belief that our overall performance and productivity is a direct translation of our state of health and well-being.
